Sensor Tower's latest data provides a comprehensive view of the top five sandbox games' performance in Brazil during the first quarter of 2021. Here's a breakdown of their achievements in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Roblox saw a decrease in revenue from $343K to $169K, while downloads peaked at 382K in early March, followed by a slight decrease. Weekly active users showed a consistent upward trend, starting from 9.68M and reaching nearly 11.69M by the end of the quarter.

Minecraft experienced a drop in revenue, starting the quarter at $78K and ending at $53K. Downloads remained relatively stable with a high of 207K at the beginning of the period, and active users increased from 1.65M to 1.80M over the quarter.

For Avakin Life: 3D Avatar Creator, revenue saw a downward trend from $39K to $23K. Downloads showed some fluctuations, with a peak at 131K in late December and ending at 96K in late March. The game's active users had a significant rise, initially at 725K, reaching over 900K in early March, before a slight decline to 850K.

IMVU: 3D Avatar Creator & Chat had varied revenue, peaking at $18K in late January and settling at around $14K by the end of March. Downloads had a notable increase in early March, reaching 41K, while active users saw a peak of 390K in mid-March before declining to 345K.

Lastly, The Sims™ FreePlay showed a revenue increase in early February to $7K, followed by a decrease to around $5K towards the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a significant rise from 51K to 59K, and active users demonstrated growth, finishing the quarter at 239K.
